About Cynthia Long, Founder and Principal Consultant
Cynthia Long is a leadership consultant and writer helping leaders ground themselves in compassion and integrity so they can cultivate these qualities in the teams and communities they serve. She brings nearly thirty years’ hands-on experience in nonprofit and complex social services management and remains actively engaged in the work—investing in teams, supporting leaders, and guiding them through evolving challenges. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, an MBA, and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, and she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies. Her approach blends academic rigor with lived experience and is guided by the belief that leadership is, at its core, intentional compassion.
