About Cynthia
Cynthia Long is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Integrae Leadership. Her work is shaped by decades of leading within complex, person-centered systems—where compassion, accountability, and real-world constraints must coexist. She brings advanced academic training in leadership, management, and business; a foundation in psychology; and ongoing doctoral study in leadership studies to her practice, alongside extensive experience building programs, leading teams, and navigating organizational systems in human services and nonprofits. Cynthia partners with leaders who care deeply about people and outcomes, helping them think clearly, lead with integrity, and remain grounded while navigating responsibility, power, and complexity. Her approach is steady, relational, and systems-aware, offering leaders a place to grow without losing themselves.
